Improving the quality of service is the goal that all Mitsubishi An Dan BOM and staffs focus on March, 2018

International cooperation

In order to boost revenue for “Workshop service”  and increase the number of potential customers from big corporations, in the beginning of the month, Mr. Ta Quoc Hoan – Deputy Director of An Dan Company had a meeting with two major partners which  are Japan Transport Association (JTCA) and Vietnam Ground Service Company (VNA) about signing the principle contract of supplying car repair services. This is an activity that An Dan’s BOM will intensify in 2018.

On March 30th, the company welcomed Mr. Klapper – General Director of Fuso Japan – An Dan’s important partner to visit the company’s showroom and workshop. He appreciated the facilities, reputation, professional service in the cooperation of An Dan in distributing FUSO trucks in the past 5 years. At the meeting, An Dan’s Chairman and BOM had exchanged their plans with Mr Klapper about providing FUSO specialized vehicles to the Ministry of Public Security in 2018.

Cooperate with Vietcombank

Also in March, An Dan service department officially signed a contract for repairing 17 Vietcombank cash transfer vehicles with the repair value up to over VND300 million. With this agreement, the two parties will cooperate and support each other, helping to make Vietcombank vehicles perform better also at the same time helping to increase the revenue of An Dan workshop. This contract also shows the trust of Vietcombank to the quality services provided by An Dan; contributing to raise the relationship between An Dan and Vietcombank to a new height.

Get an “A” rating from the brand owner

Beside Foreign affairs activities, Mitsubishi An Dan has been constantly completing the working staffs, technicians skills to fullfill the requirements and satisfaction of customers.

In order to improve sale quality, on March 8th, Mr. Miyake – Senior Advisor of Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam had a meeting with An Dan Board of Directors and head of departments on improving the sale activities. He highly appreciated the results of An Dan in 2017 and congratulated the company for being rated A in this project.

On the same day, MMV conducted a review of the MDS Business, Service and Training Assessment for the first quarter of 2018. This is a qualification assessment for each department, from which the BOM can review and revise all staffs skills and professionalism to meet the needs and tastes of customers when using Mitsubishi vehicles.
