VND750 million revenue from medical equipment

Minexport continues to expand relationship with its partners and potential customers who have demand for medical equipments. As a result, in the second half of April, 2018, the Export and Import Department brought a positive business results with the estimated revenue of 750 million VND.

In the second half of April, the Export-Import Department No. 4, brought about VND750 million revenue from medical equipment importing contracts. Currently, these contractual obligations have been fulfilled by the Export-Import Department No. 4 and the partners are in the process of continuing payment under the agreement.

Importing medical equipments  has been considered as the strength of Minexport for many years. With a long experience, reliable sources of goods, competitive prices, many business units  in Vietnam have cooperated with Minexport and become loyalty partners.

At the same week, Export-Import  Department No. 1 has signed a contract to supply medical equipments, worth about VND110 billion. In addition, the department also joined a new package which valued at about 5 billion.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018

Beside business activities, the third week of April was considered as a busy week for Minexport staffs in preparing for the 2018 Annual General Meeting. It is reported that Minexport’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 13h30 on 24/4 at 11 Pham Hung.

To have a successful meeting, Minexport’s Chairwoman , CEO, Head of departments and staffs had had many meetings in order to discuss, assign tasks, review the financial data, reports and records.

According to the plan, the Annual General Meeting 2018 of Shareholders will adopt important resolutions, related to the orientation, business plan, development after Minexport became a public company, as well as dismiss and implement additional members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2016-2021.

Up to now, the preparations for the Annual General Meeting have been basically completed, invitations, papers and documents have been sent to the shareholders. Minexport’s BOM hopes the Meeting will be an important step before the company officially listed, becoming a public company.
